By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 2c222 platform at 2c222.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and 2c222 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the 2c222 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are effective from the date first published above and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the Player and 2c222.

To register and use the 2c222 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 2c222 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age requirement is enforced without exception across all of Bangladesh and all other jurisdictions from which the Platform is accessed.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on 2c222.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use 2c222.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 2c222 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member or member of the same household as any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by 2c222 or by any recognised responsible gaming authority, at the time of registration or at any point during which your account is active.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 2c222 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 2c222 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time. 2c222 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 2c222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 2c222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

2c222 may require additional verification documentation at any time, including copies of government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide the requested documents within the timeframe specified by 2c222 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the 2c222 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 2c222 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods.

Supported Deposit Methods: 2c222 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 2c222 account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process. 2c222 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 2c222 within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Funds are disbursed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 2c222 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit, which will be communicated to Players upon request or during the withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the identity verification process as described in Section 3. All deposited funds must have been used to place at least one qualifying bet prior to withdrawal. Funds derived from bonus awards are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2c222 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by 2c222 carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to specific promotions are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. A Player is ineligible for a bonus if they have an outstanding bonus already active on their account, if they have previously been identified as a bonus abuser, or if their account is under review or has any withdrawal restrictions in place.

• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.
• 2c222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where technical errors have led to incorrect bonus values being displayed or credited.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds.
• 2c222 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse strategies, including but not limited to low-risk hedging across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.

All bets and wagers placed on the 2c222 Platform are governed by the game-specific rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or participating in any game on 2c222, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or betting market.

Sports Betting: Odds for all sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), American football, and all other sports are set by 2c222 at its sole discretion. 2c222 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or void any market at any time before settlement, including in the event of a data feed error, technical fault, pricing error, or suspicious betting activity. Bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds will be voided and the stake refunded.

Casino & Live Dealer Games: All casino games available on 2c222 — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Crazy Time), and arcade games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. 2c222 does not alter game outcomes. Any malfunction of a game, connection error, or interruption during an active game round will result in the round being voided and the stake returned to the Player.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface prior to placing a bet. 2c222 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2c222 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to fix outcomes, manipulate sporting events, or coordinate betting patterns for financial gain at the expense of 2c222.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2c222 staff, agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the 2c222 Platform.

2c222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• 2c222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• The Player has provided false or inaccurate registration or verification information.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Player is found to be a self-excluded individual who should not have had access to the Platform.
• 2c222 is required to do so by any applicable law, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided that no outstanding investigation is in progress. 2c222 is under no obligation to return funds where account closure is a direct result of fraudulent conduct or a breach of these Terms by the Player.

2c222 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2c222 accepts no responsibility for any loss caused by a failure of internet connectivity, a device malfunction, or any other technical issue outside of 2c222's direct control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the liability of 2c222 is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 2c222's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their 2c222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2c222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 2c222 will notify Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 2c222 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting Player Support at [email protected].

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 2c222 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with 2c222 Player Support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised with Player Support, either party may pursue any available legal remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.
